30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This 30-day window starts on the day the package is delivered to your shipping address, not the date you placed the order. Return requests submitted after the 30th day cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused condition: The product must not have been worn or used beyond trying it on for fit. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage from use, or alterations.
  • Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or documentation that came with it.
  • Quality issues: If you are returning due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us first at info@croccssale.it.com with photos of the issue so we can assist you properly.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund or assess a partial refund based on the condition of the returned merchandise.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@croccssale.it.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (when applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the return shipping label, and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
  4. Keep your tracking receipt until your return has been fully processed.

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States. There is no restocking fee, and you will not be charged for the return label. The return shipping address is:

Please note that free return shipping applies only to returns originating from within the United States.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive your returned item at our fulfillment center, we will inspect it to confirm that all eligibility conditions are met. Our inspection and refund processing takes 1–2 business days from the date of receipt.

After your refund has been approved and processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the financial institutions to complete the transfer:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard): 7–10 business days from the date we process your refund
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days from the date we process your refund

The total time from when you ship your return to when the funds appear in your account is approximately 8–12 business days for card payments (1–2 days processing after receipt + 7–10 days transit by your bank). We understand this can feel like a long wait, and we appreciate your patience as we work with the payment networks to ensure your money makes its way back to you safely.

Refund Amount

You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the returned item, including any taxes paid at the time of purchase. The original shipping cost (which is free for all orders) is not applicable. No restocking fees or any other deductions will be made from your refund, provided the returned item meets the eligibility criteria described above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@croccssale.it.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, and we will cover the return shipping.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item as described above. Once your return has been processed and refunded, you may place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, but our free return shipping policy ensures that the return process does not cost you anything.

Final Sale Items

All items sold on croccssale are eligible for return under this policy unless explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page. Currently, there are no items designated as final sale. If this changes, it will be clearly indicated on the affected product pages.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be marked as non-returnable if they are intended for intimate use. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page before you complete your purchase.
